Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a professional Distribution Admin to support a growing furniture group in the Holly Springs area. The qualified candidate will have the responsibility of accurately reviewing and entering all returns via the ERP system that is in place. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails for external customers
  • Manage customer issues and update leadership on ordering discrepancies
  • Assist other departments within distribution center on details of current orders
  • Work with transportation and logistics teams to coordinate and process all return items
  • Work with Inventory Specialist to ensure all returns are handled correctly
  • Enter and track all return orders
  • Update ERP system with all pertinent order information
  • Generate and create training manuals
  • Answer customer questions as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Familiar with e-commerce business practices is a plus
  • Previous work history in a manufacturing/distribution space
  • Experience working with EDI and ERP systems highly desired
  • Strong organizational and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
