Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a dynamic Part Time Customer Service Representative to join an established company in Raleigh as a Dispatcher. This opening is 16 hours a week Saturdays and Sundays

1p-10p, 2p-11p, or 3p-12a remote role (will require 3 days of training onsite).  Must live in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Follow up with customers via email and phone calls to ensure orders are handled appropriately
  • Assist callers with delivery needs, schedule changes, and updates to client accounts
  • Manage all scheduling needs and schedule orders as needed following up on any issue
  • Resolve customer issues and requests quickly
  • Work with team members to complete all ordering and client needs as quickly as possible.
  • Maintain and update electronic portal

Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends and evenings
• Background in customer service and call center environments
• Excellent communication skills

• Must be self motivated and disciplined to work remotely – must be available at all times during assigned working hours

• Must have a designated quiet works space from home

• Must have high school diploma. Associates Degree preferred and clean background
• Computer savvy; ability to pick up new software quickly
