Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Dispatcher to join an established delivery services company in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working third shift in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:
- Train staff and others on departmental processes and procedures
- Serve for staff, vendors, clients and customers as SME (subject matter expert)
- Perform service on an ad hoc basis to resolve customer requests requiring the addition of pick-up and drop off locations
- Schedule orders as needed
- Call partners for POD’s within the appropriate time frame
- Maintain and update electronic portal
Requirements:
- Previous experience working third shift
- Background in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
