Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading medical equipment developer who is looking for a Medical Device Field Service Director to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working onsite in Morrisville, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Medical Device Field Service Director will coordinate medical equipment installation, maintenance, and warranty claims
- Director will oversee building and maintenance service operations
- Director will coordinate and organize resources for third party installation and service providers
- Director will manage customer support services and field operation resources
- Director will oversee implementation of medical systems, review customer product demands and develop project plans
- Director will track products per 21CFR requirements and ensure full traceability for customer systems and replacement parts
Requirements:
- Candidates must have working experience within the medical device/equipment industry; Service /Installation experience preferred
- Candidates must have 5+ years in service operations management
- Candidates must be computer savvy with management software and document management software
