Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Director of Operations for a growing client in Dunn, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for clinic oversight including staff, budget, strategic planning and implementation. Responsible for ensuring services meet the needs of patients, physicians, the public and staff. Support up to 6 practice managers in house and at remote locations to motivate and foster teamwork as it relates to the company mission and vision.
Requirements:
Candidate must have a Masters or Bachelor’s degree in health-related field with ten years of progressively responsible experience in a health center environment or experience in healthcare management.
