Accentuate Staffing is assisting a luxury golf apparel company in the Durham area recruit for a Director of Embroidery to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working on 1st shift, 8am-5pm with required overtime based on production needs.
Responsibilities:
- Director of Embroidery will manage all embroidery operations internally
- Director will work closely with the Data & Analytics, Supply Chain and Fulfillment teams
- Director will be responsible for managing third party contractors
- Director will manage continuous improvement efforts in order to ensure quality standards are being met
- Director will model and forecast needs to meet future demand
- Director will be responsible for developing as well as implementing KPIs
Requirements:
- Candidate must have 6+ years embroidery and production planning experience
- Candidate must have a strong knowledge in planning and analytical tools or systems
- Previous experience evaluating software systems a plus
- Previous luxury apparel background strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
