Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a world leader in the healthcare space in need of a Desktop Support Administrator to join their growing staff.  This is a long term (contract-hire or permanent employee) position with this group.  The thing that really separates this organization from the rest is their company culture – this is an organization that really cares about their people.  As such, they are seeking a true culture fit – so what does that look like?  Well, this Desktop Support Administrator is going to need to have a personality and be able to “roll with the punches”.  A sense of humor is critical.

But culture is only part of the equation; you need to have the technical chops to get the job done.  A true troubleshooter is really what they are after – someone with a strong aptitude to be able to handle various issues in a Microsoft setting.  Sometimes, you’ll be supporting end users with their Office 365 issues, other times, you may be tasked with PC encryption for their internal network.  Ultimately, you’re going to need to have a diverse background in technology – and it has to be on the desktop/end user side of the house.   Frankly, if you’re seeking a Systems Administrator role, you may want to check out our other openings – because this one wouldn’t be it.
