Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Data Entry Sales Support Specialist for an onsite role with one of our clients in Raleigh, NC.   As a Data Entry Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales operations. You will be responsible for entering and maintaining sales-related data, providing administrative support to the sales team, and assisting in various tasks to facilitate the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately enter and maintain sales orders, customer information, and other relevant data into the company database or CRM system.
  2. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity and completeness of sales records.
  3. Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  4. Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders.
  5. Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners regarding order status, product availability, pricing, etc.
  6. Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to resolve any issues related to orders, shipments, invoicing, etc.
  7. Support sales efforts by conducting research, gathering market intelligence, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity within the sales support function.
  9. Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  1. Associate or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar business field
  2. Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or sales assistance role.
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  4. Advanced Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables.
  5. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions.
  9. Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate and support others as needed.
