Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Data Coordinator to join a logistics company in the Raleigh area. This is a temp to hire position and the hours are 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team by researching acceptable routes and distances for couriers
- Research new cities and delivery details and add to database system
- Work within Excel daily to update portal system and handle logistics needs
- Approve all new orders coming in for review
- Explain and communicate with customers regarding ordering needs, courier times, and potential delivery dates
- Perform price analysis for customer and assist with billing needs
- Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Highly organized and comfortable with math and formulas
- Strong data entry skill set
