Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Data Analyst to join a leading company in Raleigh, NC. The Internal Data Analyst will perform complex data analysis of large claims files to identify trends and cost savings opportunities. This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and establish KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance at the client and company levels
- Perform/own reoccurring and ad-hoc business intelligence projects
- Develop standardized metrics to evaluate and create national pharmacy benchmarking and forecasting
- Pull and report data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL and/or other data management systems) and proven capability to dive deep and utilize known research and problem solving techniques
- Communicate complex insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Consume and manipulate large data sets to build streamlined dashboards and metrics and articulate its impact on a client’s pharmacy expense current and projected
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in quantitative field such as mathematics, industrial engineering, statistics, information systems or operations research)
- 2+ years of analytics experience
- Advanced knowledge in writing SQL queries and mining databases (preferable)
- Advanced knowledge in building visualizations in Power BI (required) and Tableau (preferable)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft programs to include Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Access, Teams
- Pharmacy Benefit Management experience is preferred but not required
