Accentuate Staffing is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a global manufacturing team in Morrisville, NC. The candidate will be responsible for order entry, tracking orders, issuing credits and debits to accounts, and issuing Return Material Authorizations. The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, be proficient with MS Office, and have experience with ERP systems preferably SAP. A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and track customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Communicate with customers to resolve order issues, inquiries, and complaints
  • Process credit and debit memos to customer accounts as needed
  • Create and issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) as required
  • Provide support to sales team in preparing quotes and proposals for customers
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure customer needs are met
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide support for other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in order entry, tracking orders, issuing credits and debits to accounts, and issuing Return Material Authorizations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday and will need to work 1 Saturday a month from 10am until 2 pm.
