Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a strong Customer Support Representative for a leading distributor in the Cary, NC area. If you enjoy helping clients with product information and finding resolutions for customer issues, this is the position for you. This is a direct hire opportunity with major opportunity for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Answer light phone calls and emails for customers and respond appropriately to requests
- Communicate quotes and pricing information to customers
- Process purchase orders and invoice orders
- Work with warehouse and distribution staff to schedule carriers for outgoing shipments
- Find resolutions to customer order discrepancies and update with correct information
- Assist with ordering repair parts and coordinating appropriate shipments to on-site jobs
- Track backorders and notify customers of any changes
- Assist manager with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of Customer Service or Order Entry work experience
- MS Office experience; ERP system preferred
- Strong communication skills
