Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a hybrid Customer Support Representative for a global distributor in the area.  The Customer Support Representative will act as the initial point of contact for customers over the phone and via email receive, investigate and respond to customers regarding accounts, products and shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Input phone, email, and fax orders into internal ERP system
  • Communicate with various departments (Sales, Operations, Accounting) on pricing, shipment details, and account setup to ensure successful order processing
  • Resolve all return requests, refunds, and credit memos
  • Expected to be ready to work and receive phone calls promptly at 8:00am
  • Manage tasks in an efficient and successful manner to the degree required by seasonal volume
  • Remain courteous and composed in all written and verbal communications
  • Work efficiently on individual tasks while identifying departmental needs

Requirements:

  • Preferred minimum of 2 to 4 years workforce experience or college degree
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office
  • Preferred prior experience in retail/wholesale or service industry
  • Experience with written and verbal communication in French or Spanish desirable
  • Experience is a corporate setting is preferred
