Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator for a global manufacturer in RTP, NC. After training the Customer Support Coordinator will be able to work from home only coming into the office 2 days per month to meet with team and gather supplies. This role will act as the initial point of contact for customers in a professional manner via phone and email communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to B2B and B2C regarding accounts, product, and shipments
  • Communicate with various departments (Sales, Operations, Accounting) on pricing, shipment details, and account set up to ensure successful order processing
  • Assist Sales in setting up appointments to meet with new and existing customers
  • Enter phone, email, and fax orders into internal ERP system
  • Resolve all return requests, refunds, and credit memos
  • Support customer service manager with ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service, inside sales and or retail experience is required
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
  • Experience in a corporate setting is preferred
  • A college degree or relative experience is required
