Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join a growing flooring company. The ideal candidate will create estimates and enter orders out of their beautiful office in Holly Springs. This full time position requires a detail-oriented individual with superior computer and communication skills and an aptitude to learn new concepts quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone and check messages
  • Organize emails and prioritize according to urgency
  • Write up next day tickets and schedule jobs
  • Track material deliveries
  • Write up claims as needed with vendors

Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred, high school diploma required
  • Bilingual a plus
  • 1-3 years of working experience in similar position
  • Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with co-workers and customers.
  • Ability to organized based on importance of task
