Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing production organization located in Durham. If you put customers at the center of everything you do, then this is the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a background working in a customer service, administrative, or retail experience.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to the needs of customers and offer solutions
- Researching customer accounts to resolve issues quickly
- Answering high-volume inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Be able to multitask and handle different projects at one time
- Adequately communicate policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous call center, customer service, retail, or service industry required
- MS Office proficiency
- Flexibility with schedule
- People person and eager to help others
