Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for a furniture distributor in the Holly Springs area. This is a long term contract opportunity with full time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle all customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Assist customers with appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Enter in customer orders via Salesforce
- Understand customer concerns and order details and provide updates to customers
- Provide assistance to sales team as needed
- Take payments from customers and set up accounts for processing team
- Work with warehouse to ensure product availability
- Process return authorizations as needed
- Escalate critical support issues to management as needed
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Salesforce or ERP systems experience desirable
- At least 3 years of order entry/customer support work experience
- Technically savvy with MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skill set
- Ability to key in data quickly and efficiently
