Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for growing team in the Raleigh area. This is a temp to hire role.


  • Handle all customer questions and inquiries via phone, email, and social media requests
  • Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage and escalate critical support issues as needed
  • Enter in orders into database for processing
  • Process customer orders quickly and effectively
  • Process any replacement orders needed and communicate with customer on shipping updates
  • Cross train with other CSR accounts
  • Process all return authorizations for customers as needed


  • MS Office proficiency
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong order entry and customer service work experience
  • Background managing PO’s and accounting updates
  • Excellent communication skill set
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadline driven
