Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for mid size company in the Youngsville, NC area. This manufacturing group is seeking a dynamic individual to assist with incoming orders and work with internal teams daily to complete customer requests. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive orders from customers via telephone and email
  • Input order into ERP system and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Communicate with the customer as needed during ordering process
  • Respond to customer promptly if any issues or discrepancies with orders happen
  • Work with customer if there is a complaint or issue to resolve quickly
  • Set up new accounts in ERP system and ensure all customer information is available
  • Manage all domestic and international orders and complete all shipping documentation
  • Work with internal team members including warehouse, supply chain, logistics, customer service and accounting to ensure all orders and timelines are being met
  • Arrange transportation pick ups for large orders
  • Run weekly and monthly reports
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2 year degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service, Order Entry experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience utilizing ERP system
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office products especially Excel
  • Outgoing, confident, and eager individual
  • Ability to multi-task
