Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a CSR to join an exciting wholesale group in the Durham, NC area. Someone that enjoys working with others and helping people, will be great in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive phone calls and emails from customers daily
- Respond and resolve all client questions regarding accounts, products, and shipments
- Work in a team environment including with Sales, Operations, and Accounting on pricing and invoicing needs
- Assist customers with returns and refund requests
- Enter all orders into SAP work system
- Complete special projects as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service work experience
- Strong communication skills with internal and external teams
- MS Office experience required; SAP a plus
