Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a motivated CSR to join a growing distribution group in the Holly Springs area. This is an immediate opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone and email requests with ordering needs
- Process all requests into database and follow up with customers on replacement needs
- Handle all status updates to customers and internal team members
- Act as a team player by working directly with the internal Order Entry, Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse teams
- Process all returns accurately and efficiently
- Act with superior customer service to clients at all times
- Maintain all updates into computer system
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of customer service work experience in a high volume setting
- Team player mentality
- Background managing order entry needs
- Highly organized and detailed
