Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a global Manufacturer in Fuquay Varina. This position will work with sales reps and dealers in the field entering orders, generating price quotes, tracking orders and answering service related questions. This is a temp to permanent opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Process orders, prepare correspondence, fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for answering customer service calls, keying orders, verifying and filling orders, calling Dealers and Sales Reps.
- Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment and adapt well to change.
Requirements:
- Must demonstrate strong customer relations skills and be a team player.
- High School diploma and 2-5 years experience in related area.
- Desktop Publishing experience desired.
- Must be able to multi-task with daily activities.
