Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Specialist  with heavy manufacturing order entry experience in Apex, NC.    This is a long term temporary position onsite  M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm.  The Customer Service Specialist handles entering incoming orders, potential sales and order related questions, prioritization of order fulfillment, and assisting with customer questions and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Enters International and Domestic Customer orders into ERP (Visual) system and processes necessary documents.
  • Answers general questions from Customers about products.
  • Works closely with Sales and Technical Service or other departments – as necessary – to follow-up on customer requests.
  • Handles troubleshooting and conflict resolution activities from customers and resolves customer issues by utilizing excellent product and process knowledge.
  • Issues Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) as requested.
  • Communicates with Credit Manager on past-due accounts and orders “on hold”.
  • Processes credit card payments.
  •  Respond to incoming phone inquiries from internal teams, customers, and potential customers providing information on orders, shipments, delivery dates, billing, returns status, standard pricing, and basic product information.
  • Other Duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a Customer Service capacity in Manufacturing Environment
  • Must have order entry experience
  • Proficient Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, OneDrive.
  • Well-versed in using export documentation for international shipments.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills including excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem analysis and resolution at the functional level.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
