Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a quickly growing utility company in the Cary, NC area. A person that enjoys helping customers, organizing information, and working in a team environment is ideal for this role. This is a temp to hire position.
- Work in an inbound and outbound call center facility
- Assist callers with account updates regarding services and products
- Enter in orders into company software system accurately
- Follow up with customers on updates to services and delays
- Ensure positive customer service experience at all times via phone and email correspondence
- Manage calls in queue
- Take payments from customers over the phone and handle all confidential data
- Guide customers through website details and help to navigate online accounts
- Assist other team members with large phone call volume
- Special projects as assigned
- At least two years of call center and customer service work experience
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to toggle between multiple screens
- Excellent data entry skill set
- Background utilizing MS Office products daily
- Strong communication skill set
