Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a personable and eager CSR to join a growing utility company in the Cary, NC area. This is a temp to hire opportunity!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work in an inbound and outbound call center environment
  • Answer phone calls from customers regarding account needs and utility status
  • Handle billing needs such as payments, card information, and billing cycle needs
  • Communicate compassionately to upset customers over the phone and through email and provide solutions to issues
  • Assist customers with outages and work with teams to ensure coverage over areas
  • Input all customer information into database correctly and accurately
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Work on special projects for management teams

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service work experience: Call Center, Hospitality, Retail, etc.
  • Background in a call center is desirable
  • Ability to work between the hours of 9am-6pm M-F
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
