Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing medical supply distributor located in Raleigh. If you put customers at the center of everything you do, then this is the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a background working in a call center environment.  The hours are from 11am-8pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Listen to the needs of customers and offer solutions
  • Researching customer accounts to resolve issues quickly
  • Answering high-volume inbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Be able to multitask and handle different projects at one time
  • Adequately communicate policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous call center, customer service, retail, or service industry required
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • People person and eager to help others
