Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join a logistics group in the Wake Forest area. This is a newly created position and a direct hire opportunity for the right individual. The ideal candidate will possess an eagerness to learn and grow, as well as the ability to collaborate with teams and develop a department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of approximately 60 representatives
  • Groom and develop supervisors for growth within company
  • Manage all daily operations within the customer service department
  • Handle all customer escalations and follow up with clients as needed
  • Collaborate with executive team to strategize plans for department and manage opportunities for growth
  • Achieve daily KPIs
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and meet regularly with teams regarding issues and development areas
  • Actively hire, train, and interview team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a call center
  • At least 5 years of experience within a customer service environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • MS Office experience required
