Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service/ Logistics Support Specialist to join an established manufacturing company located in Morrisville. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience processing orders for a manufacturing company. Responsibilities:

  • Process all customer orders
  • Receive orders, confirm internally, confirm with customer, enter in system
  • Enter all orders on forecasts and manage
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders/custom brokers/warehouses, etc.
  • Customer-centric, service-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to handle multiple customer cases in various stages of resolution on an ongoing basis
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to solve minor to complex customer support issues
  • Ability to conduct research and proactively pursue solutions to complex challenges
  • Basic-to-intermediate computer skills; an understanding of the SQL programming language is helpful but not required

Requirements:

  • At least one year of Logistics, Customer Service, and/or Order Entry experience
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Experience with ERP system preferred
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment
