Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a growing manufacturer in the Durham, NC area. The Customer Service Associate will be one that assists with all customer order entry needs and directs all customer service support needs. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and emails from customers
  • Assist with answering customer questions, concerns, and issues with ordering needs
  • Enter all orders into ERP system
  • Manage all order intake needs and tech sheets for correspondence
  • Organize information for distribution team and update shipping requests
  • Handle all ordering discrepancies and find resolutions to customer issues
  • Handle special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service and order entry work experience
  • Experience working within an ERP system preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency
