Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an international client in the agricultural industry based in Durham, NC who is in need of a Customer Service Associate.  This person will be responsible for assisting clients with product orders and delivery, as well as managing any kind of issues that arise. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders via phone and email in a quick and efficient manner
  • Work with sales managers and representatives in the filed to handle ordering and customer updates
  • Follow up on all shipping and delivery needs to ensure proper shipment timelines
  • Ensure delivery of products in a timely and accurate manner by coordinating with freight forwarders and customers
  • Answer customer questions regarding order updates and shipping needs
  • Assist with billing and invoicing procedures
  • Work within JD Edwards to complete ordering process from start to finish
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update all order needs within system
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Previous experience in agricultural, supply chain, or transportation industry desirable
  • Previous experience with ERP system preferred
  • Intermediate MS Office experience required
  • Excellent customer service and follow up skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
