Accentuate Staffing is assisting a dynamic manufacturing company in Wendell, NC who is in need of a Customer Service Administrator.  This is a temp to permanent opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product and dealer locations
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage issues in the Customer Relations Database
  • Other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to diplomatically and effectively handle stressful customer situations, including conflict resolution
  • Proficient in verbal and written communications
  • Problem solving abilities with excellent follow-up skills
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Working experience with database applications along with fast and accurate high-volume data entry
