Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator for a global manufacturer in Wendell, NC. The Customer Service Administrator will respond to customers over the phone and via email regarding technical questions about their product and determining what needs to be done to assist the customer further.  This is a fantastic opportunity with a leading company!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product and warranty specifications
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage issues in the Customer Relations Database
  • Other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to diplomatically and effectively handle stressful customer situations, including conflict resolution
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Problem solving abilities with excellent follow-up skills
  • 2+ years of customer service experience within a mechanical/technical environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
  • Working experience with database applications along with fast and accurate high-volume data entry
