Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Service Admin for a team in the Raleigh area. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 3 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls and emails from clients
  • Ensure all codes and claims are input into system correctly and follow up with insurance on any discrepancies of forms
  • Upload files in system
  • Download appropriate information from site
  • Appropriately answer phone calls and emails and transfer to appropriate department
  • Update system with account information changes
  • Answer customer questions

Requirements:

  • Must have previous medical coding and/or claims work experience
  • Strong organizational skill set
  • Strong administrative skills
  • MS Excel skill set
  • Ability to follow step by step processes to complete tasks
