Accentuate Staffing is seeking a temporary Customer Scheduling & Service  Coordinator for an exciting opportunity with an  equipment technology company located in  in Cary, NC. The Customer Scheduling & Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to Field Service Engineers with scheduling service jobs and preparing quotes.  This is a M-F 8-5 hybrid role (temporary 6 month).

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotes for Field Service Engineers
  • Scheduling and tracking jobs and compiling job information for invoicing
  • Providing FSE’s with necessary job information
  • Handles incoming calls from customers and assist with questions/concerns
  • Maintain department schedule
  • Process timesheets & expenses
  • Create and maintain customer database
  • Manages miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in business or related field
  • 1-2 years of service scheduling experience
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and relationship building skills to effectively work with a variety of people and personalities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and in writing internally and externally.
  • Must have excellent organization skills
  • Professional telephone manner is essential
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills.
