Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Customer Order Representative for an international distribution company. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with quoting needs, order entry, order processing, and getting products ready for shipment
  • Manage all invoicing needs for customers
  • Answer phones and emails for customers in a timely manner
  • Assist with technical support as needed if equipment is not functioning properly
  • Manage all returns that come back into the office and update customer accounts
  • Process purchase orders and invoice sales orders
  • Coordinate all parts shipments and enter file service reports
  • Assist with general office support on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in an office setting handling customer needs in a customer service position
  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Team player attitude
  • Strong ability to multi-task and organize materials
