Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Customer Support Associate with some IT background. This is a work from home position that will require a computer and internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound emails and phone calls and set up tickets in ServiceNow to track user information
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution to users
  • Communicate and follow up on errors for users using email, phone and teleconferencing
  • Resolve customer issues in a friendly manner
  • Open trouble tickets using ServiceNow and document all service steps
  • Escalate trouble tickets as needed
  • Administer and manager user access
  • Provide basic troubleshooting needs
  • Assist with locking and unlocking user systems

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in a Customer service environment
  • Previous background in a technical service role
  • Associates degree desired
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Advanced software skill set
  • Background utilizing MS Office
