Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for a company in Raleigh.  This person will be responsible for coordinating  and executing the order entry and logistic processes, ensure operational management of logistical providers and works to exceed external and internal customer expectations in the areas of order placement, product delivery, quality complaints and customer invoicing.  This is a contract position lasting 3-6 months in duration.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes order-to-invoice transactions to ensure accuracy and ensures compliance with regulatory and other audit requirements.
  • Provides prompt response and follow-up to customer concerns and/or complaints
  • Accurately executes credits/rebills in close coordination with the Finance
  • Monitor customer shipments in order to identify trends and areas of improvement
  • Provide input to the Supply Chain leader in developing inventory strategies on existing items and new products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar careers, strongly preferred with 3+ years of logistic and customer service experience
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office, Advance excel) and SAP ERP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to partner with and communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Systematic, analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Works well in group problem solving situations.
