Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a dynamic Customer Care Rep for a growing company in the Morrisville area. This is a temp to hire position with full time hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails with customer questions and requests
- Document all conversations and comments into database system
- Respond quickly to customer requests and questions
- Input all service requests into billing system
- Follow up by phone and email as necessary with clients
- Multi-task between projects and customers by processing multiple requests
- Work with internal departments and team members to complete daily tasks
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of call center work experience
- Ability to multi-task; adaptable to ever moving environment
- MS Office proficiency; ERP and Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- Strong math aptitude
