Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a growing technology organization in the Raleigh area. This is a great opportunity for a recent college grad looking to jumpstart their career. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity and the hours are 10am-7pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with special projects and researching current and existing customer needs and ordering information
- Handle rate and quotes for client updates
- Negotiate pricing information and research competitive rates in the market
- Input customer information into system and update as necessary
- Manage ordering process and explain processes and procedures to new customers
- Handle heavy reporting in Excel and MS Office products
- Update supervisor on new clients and any escalated cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, filtering, formulas, etc.)
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Numbers and math driven
- Excellent communication skills
