Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Account Representative to join a growing pharmaceutical group in the Cary area. This is a contract position set to last approximately 6-9 months.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales order management process
- Handle order entry and order processing for new and existing customer base
- Utilize SAP to input and create accounts
- Manage pricing, availability, and scheduling information
- Monitor orders utilizing SAP and custom reports for on time shipping, delivery, and order process status
- Alert customers of issues and recommend proper solutions
- Identify any issues and resolve customer complaints
- Attend supply chain and regular meetings to understand change in products and services offered
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and order entry
- SAP experience required
- MS Office background
- Strong communication skill set
- Ability to handle deadline driven projects
