Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Account Representative with a background in manufacturing for our client located in Garner.
Responsibilities:
- Will work directly with customers on order entry, product availability, shipping schedules, forecasting and related supply chain questions.
- Will interface daily with sales, marketing and operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of product manufacturing related customer support experience.
- Associates degree preferred.
- MUST have solid analytical skills and be able to look at trends in data.
- Experience using an ERP system and intermediate to advance Excel skills is required.
