Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an eager Order Entry Representative to join a growing medical device team in Morrisville. This is a temp to hire position and the hours are M-F 10am-7pm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with entering orders into SAP from customers and internal sales team members
- Answer incoming phone calls and address all customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, and product details
- Manage customer relations by providing best customer service via phone and email
- Communicate with team members regarding order changes or account concerns
- Support sales team with administrative tasks
- Provide single point of contact
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous call center/order entry work experience
- Superior communication skills
- Background working with SAP a plus; MS Office experience required
- Flexibility to work 10am-7pm
