Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Crew Leader to join a construction and survey company in the Apex area. This is a first shift, direct hire position!
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will directly supervise a crew on various job sites
- Candidate will also perform field work with their team by operating equipment, performing physical labor tasks, etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have previous experience as a lead in construction or surveying
- Candidate must be comfortable leading as well as working alongside their crew
- Crew leader must have knowledge of interpreting grading plans, erosion plans, schedules, etc.
- Candidate will need to be able to operate skid steers, mini excavators, etc.
- CDL preferred but not required
- Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
