Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Credentialing Coordinator to join an established company in Raleigh. The Credentialing Coordinator will be able to work a hybrid schedule once you are fully trained. This position will provide full administrative support for applicants trying to obtain a license in the state of North Carolina. In this role, the Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for screening applications and supporting documentation to determine eligibility and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Duties also include ensuring each application moves efficiently through the licensure process for appropriate review by all internal groups

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing applications and credentials submitted by applicants for various types of licenses.
  • Responsible for seeking guidance from appropriate staff i.e., legal, medical or administrative.
  • Responsible for processing applications to include evaluating applications and identifying deficiencies and discrepancies efficiently and effectively.
  • Staff license interviews during Board meetings as necessary.
  • Must handle administrative details and routine, day-to-day issues independently, use judgment in resolving problems and making recommendations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 2 years of credentialing experience.
  • CPCS credentials are a plus
  • Must be detail oriented, able to adapt to frequent work interruptions, handle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks, make independent decisions, demonstrate flexibility and meet deadlines.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of section processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a team member within the Licensing section
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel and applicants at all levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft office software
  • Must be fully vaccinated
