Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Corporate Recruiter to join an established company in the Chapel Hill/ Durham area. This position will work on a wide array of technical, construction, administrative, financial and other operations related positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing, cultivating and maintaining ongoing relationships with key leaders and hiring managers in order to understand the business unit and its needs
  • Acquiring knowledge about the business objectives, goals, operations and work culture.
  • Understanding job functions, operational characteristics, and services within each of the functional groups.
  • Understanding current and future staffing needs. Working with hiring managers to define selection criteria for assessing job candidates.
  • Providing counsel and expertise in all areas of recruitment and staffing (i.e., process, procedures, policies, and techniques).
  • Developing recruitment plans that clearly define service and performance criteria.
  • Influencing strategic staffing decisions such as succession planning, training, and career development.
  • Developing recruitment plans that clearly define service and performance criteria.
  • Executing recruitment plans
  • Identifying and using a variety of sources and techniques to recruit well-qualified candidates
  • Managing selection processes, including screening, interviewing, recommending finalists and bringing closure to selection efforts.
  • Advising hiring managers regarding applicable issues and procedures involving orientation, benefits, compensation, and payroll.
  • Advancing the brand across the numerous markets and professional communities
  • Identifying and using a variety of sources and techniques to recruit well-qualified candidates.
  • Managing selection processes, including screening, interviewing, recommending finalists and bringing closure to selection efforts.
  • Coordinating and evaluating HR initiatives aimed at the recruitment, retention and development of employees.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting (preferably in a corporate environment)
  • Adept to working within a fast paced recruiting platform
  • Superb organization skills
  • Ability to prepare and execute robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidates
  • Uses advanced social media and marketing tools to find best active candidates.
  • Boolean and email marketing expert to find and attract top passive candidates
