Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP to develop and manage supply plans based on demand forecasts
• Create, update, and release production orders while coordinating with warehouse operations to ensure accurate pick list distribution
• Maintain planning-related master data in SAP, including MRP parameters and inventory settings
• Oversee the conversion of Stock Transfer Requisitions (STR) to Stock Transfer Orders (STO), including delivery date alignment and confirmation
• Monitor and confirm process order execution, including goods receipts and inventory posting
• Analyze warehouse inventory levels using WMS tools and initiate material movements between production and storage areas
• Collaborate with global supply planning counterparts to align on forecasted needs and delivery schedules
• Serve as the key contact between supply chain planning and the local warehouse team for all intercompany shipments
• Partner with procurement to assess supply risks and ensure timely material availability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in production planning and material master data management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact across departments and global teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment
