
Contract Recruiter
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Contract Recruiter for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer in Raleigh, NC. The Recruiter will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support the organization’s growth within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for a variety of roles, including operations, manufacturing, quality, engineering, and corporate positions. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of recruiting experience and a strong understanding of the unique requirements and compliance standards within pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
 - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and business objectives.
 - Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and industry events.
 - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
 - Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
 - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company hiring policies and procedures, including EEO and OFCCP regulations.
 - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
 - Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
 - Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support workforce planning and talent pipeline development initiatives.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
 - 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical manufacturing or life sciences industries.
 - Proven success sourcing and recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles in manufacturing, quality, engineering, and operations.
 - Familiarity with cGMP environments and FDA-regulated roles strongly preferred.
 - Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
 - Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
 - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
