Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a leading equipment distributor to hire a Korean Translator for a short-term contract from August 18th to August 30th. This is a first-shift position, working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time Korean-to-English and English-to-Korean interpretation during meetings
- Translate written documents and communication materials between Korean and English
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
- Support clear and effective communication between cross-functional teams
- Take notes and summarize discussions during extended meetings
- Clarify technical or business terminology when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and understanding
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Korean (native or near-native) and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to read and write Korean fluently
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems preferred
- Prior translation or interpretation experience; industry-specific knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
