Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a nonprofit company in Raleigh who is in need of a Contract HR Data Specialist. This is a long term project from now until April 2020 and will handle a major HRIS Implementation. This position will assist in the day to day workload of the HR team and conversion to a new HRIS/Payroll system platform with Ceridian.
Responsibilities:
- Work with HR on HR/Payroll system conversion. This would include gaining an understanding of the current system (Ceridian HPW), documenting current screens/fields, mapping custom/user defined fields to the data dictionary to ensure the data is mapped correctly, validating data in the new system (Ceridian Dayforce) and documenting our new system procedures in a procedures guide.
- Help with the monthly completion of electronic timesheets in the in-house timesheet system ensuring compliance with FMLA and FLSA.
- Post job openings on the website and any other pertinent sites deemed appropriate. Route applications, resumes and e-mails to the hiring supervisor.
- Direct employees to the Agency resources related to benefits and policies.
- Day-to-day HR tasks, including filing of confidential information.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
- HRIS experience is strongly preferred.
- Must have strong MS Office skills to include Excel and be able to perform VLOOKUP, pivot tables and complex formulas along with more complex mail merge in Word.
- Must be highly detail oriented.
