Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a temporary CSR to join a large distributor in the Durham, NC area. This position will last through March of 2020.
Responsibilities:
- Receive phone calls and emails from customers daily regarding accounts, ordering, returns, billing, and general information
- Assist customers with product information and entering in orders to database system
- Respond and resolve all client questions regarding accounts, product updates, and shipments
- Work in a team environment including with Sales, Operations, and Accounting on pricing and invoicing needs
- Assist customers with returns and refund requests
- Complete special projects as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service work experience
- Strong communication skills with internal and external teams
- MS Office experience required; SAP a plus
